BOOTY BOOT CAMP: 

MONDAY 6:15 PM  |  THURSDAY 5 PM

The name speaks for itself!  You want a booty?? You got it!

This high intensity class will target specific female problem areas we all struggle with.  All lower body and core concentration. This class is bound to give you that figure you’ve been looking for!

SLOW AND STEADY STRENGTH:

WEDNESDAY 6 PM

This is a beginner level lifting class that will break down specific exercises and perform them in a formatted circuit.  This class will very much allow you to go at your own pace, but yet still push you out of your comfort zone to allow your body to see the changes you have been struggling for.

TRX:

TUESDAY 7 PM  |  SATURDAY 9 AM

 

FULL BODY BURN:

TUESDAY 4 PM  | WEDNESDAY 5:30 AM  SATURDAY 11 AM |  SUNDAY 9:15 AM

This is a full body, high intensity workout.  If you’re looking to burn some calories, sweat, and put in some work, then this is the class for you! With a combination of HIIT strength, and cardio, this class will keep your body moving and grooving for a full 45 minutes!

PRIVATE CLASSES (1 ON 1)

Need an extra push? Take advantage of a 60 minute strength training session where all the attention is on you!  Programming will always be specific to your needs and accomplishing your fitness goals.
Training sessions always include an appropriate warm up and cool down phase to prepare your body to do some work, and always prevent injury.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (2 – 4 PER GROUP)

The most cost effective 60 minute session that will include anywhere from 2-4 people in the same hour.  Semi-Privates, like private sessions will still allow you to get your own fitness program, workouts, and motivation!
It’s a great way to get fit and get support from a fitness professional, and from your peers who are battling the same struggles as you.

GROUP CLASSES (12 MAX INDOORS) 

A great way to find motivation and transform your body! Very friendly and encouraging environment designed for all fitness levels.  Classes range in duration and intensity levels.  Regardless of what you’re looking for, we have a class for you with the instructors you need!
