PRIVATE CLASSES (1 ON 1)

Need an extra push? Take advantage of a 60 minute strength training session where all the attention is on you!  Programming will always be specific to your needs and accomplishing your fitness goals.

Training sessions always include an appropriate warm up and cool down phase to prepare your body to do some work, and always prevent injury.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (2 – 5 PER GROUP)

The most cost effective 60 minute session that will include anywhere from 2-5 people in the same hour.  Semi-Privates, like private sessions will still allow you to get your own fitness program, workouts, and motivation!

It’s a great way to get fit and get support from a fitness professional, and from your peers who are battling the same struggles as you.

GROUP CLASSES (15 MAX INDOORS) 

A great way to find motivation and transform your body! Very friendly and encouraging environment designed for all fitness levels.  Classes range in duration and intensity levels.  Regardless of what you’re looking for, we have a class for you with the instructors you need!

BOOTY BOOT CAMP: 

MONDAY 6:15 PM  |  THURSDAY 5 PM | 45 min

The name speaks for itself!  You want a booty?? You got it!

This high intensity class will target specific female problem areas we all struggle with.  All lower body and core concentration. This class is bound to give you that figure you’ve been looking for!

EXPRESS CARDIO:

MON 3:45 PM  |  WEDNESDAY 6:45 PM | 30 min

Get ready to get your heart pumping! This high intensity cardio class will use only your body to maximize calorie burning in just 30 minutes. This class will help you burn fat, improve endurance, promote heart health and clear your mind after those long stressful days.

UPPER BODY BLAST:

MON 7 PM  |  THURSDAY 5:45 PM | 30 min

Upper body exercises are an excellent way to sculpt your back, shoulders, arms and shape up your breasts. These exercises will be performed in multiple strength circuits and will help strengthen the upper body, accentuate your beauty, and make everyday tasks easier.

SLOW AND STEADY STRENGTH:

WEDNESDAY 6 PM | 45 min

This is a beginner level lifting class that will break down specific exercises and perform them in a formatted circuit.  This class will very much allow you to go at your own pace, but yet still push you out of your comfort zone to allow your body to see the changes you have been struggling for.

 TRX:

TUESDAY 7 PM   |   SATURDAY 9 AM | 45 min

Full body workout used with a suspension training system to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This training tool leverages gravity and the users body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

 

ABS & STRETCH:

SUNDAY 10 AM   |   TUESDAY 6:30 AM

Start shredding and sculpting your abs! This program is designed to target your entire core including your upper/lower abs, obliques, and lower back. After completion of your workout, you will finish with a full body stretch that will improve flexibility, and promote recovery for your entire body.

 

FULL BODY BURN:

  SATURDAY 10 AM |  SUNDAY 9:15 AM | 45 min

This is a full body, high intensity workout.  If you’re looking to burn some calories, sweat, and put in some work, then this is the class for you! With a combination of HIIT strength, and cardio, this class will keep your body moving and grooving for a full 45 minutes!

 RESISTANCE & RELEASE

 TUESDAY 7:15 AM   |   TUESDAY 5:15 PM | FRIDAY 7:45 AM | 45 min

 This conditioning class uses a variety of resistance bands to improve muscular endurance, build strength, and of course tighten and tone your entire body! No muscle goes untouched! You will finish the class with a 10-15 minute stretch that will release muscle tension and improve flexibility.

THROWBACK THURSDAY | STEP AEROBICS

THURSDAY 6:15 PM

Have you been missing the old school 80’s/90’s Aerobics Classes??? A re you ready to get back on the Step??  Well, we got you covered!  We will keep you moving and grooving for a full 45 minutes!  This low intensity, full cardio workout is a ton of fun, will have you burning hundreds of calories, and will be a blast from the past!! This class will have mix of floor exercises, combined with your classic step aerobic patterns!
