BOOTCAMP for BUR
We are so excited to do this again❤️🐶 What is better than getting a #Pump in with #Puppies ?!?!
Join us for another fundraiser/adoption event for @bur. We are looking to find permanent homes for 5 new puppies that were just brought to the local area. This #event will help #support the cost for their food/supplies needed, and will hopefully find some #homes for these lovable #companions. There will also be information available on #fostering if you’ve been thinking about helping out in another way.

What better way to end your Friday night than with a Workout and Wine?!? We are so excited for this event!! Come join us August 18th @ 6pm for our 1st ever Bootcamp and Wine Tasting. Bootcamp will start around 6:15pm and will follow with charcutier and 6 wines to try out from our neighbors next door at Marigold Wines. Cost is $30. Bootcamp Brunch BBQ
Come join us for our first ever Bootcamp Brunch BBQ! We will be hosting this event Sunday, June 11th at 10AM in our back parking lot. This event is open to members and non-members, so feel free to bring whoever you want with you!! Cost is $25 and includes your: Bootcamp, food, mimosas, PLUS all participants will be entered into our GIVEAWAY we will be drawing at the event to celebrate TF's 7 year anniversary.
Cassie M will be there braiding, and other local vendors will be available as well.

New Year Reboot-Bootcamp
The new year always allows us a fresh start, so it's no better time to reset and reboot our systems! This event will be open to all fitness levels and will encourage that new beginning you've been looking for. Bootcamp will start by 10:15 and will last 45 minutes. Class will include a combination of strength and cardio movements. Healthy refreshments and will be provided to follow.
Discounts of 10-20% off on all of our products and services to give you the extra incentive to get going. We will also be going over information, and offering samples of our Advocare supplement line. All 10-day cleanses will be 20% off to give your system the kickstart it needs.

Calling all dog lovers and fitness junkies!! Come join us for another Bootcamp for BUR (Buffalo Underdogs Rescue)!! Not only will all proceeds be donated to BUR, but this is also an adoption event…so come workout with some puppies!!!
Cost is $20 and includes your Bootcamp, Snacks/Refreshments, Door Prize Entries, and of course, PUPPY PLAY!! Hair Braiding will also be available for an additional fee by Braids by Cassie M.
